This concert is professionally shot, and was broadcast as a pay-per-view event on December 8, 1995. This DVD was captured from a S-VHS recording.
Video specs: NTSC - 4:3 - 720x480 (Average bit-rate: 6350Kbps)
Audio specs: LPCM Stereo 1536 (16/48)
This is a dual-layer DVD9, authored with menus and chapters.
This version differs from the original broadcast in many significant ways. The following tracks are new: Sammy Talks, Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love, You Really Got Me, Jump/RWTD, One Way To Rock.
"Why Can't This Be Love" was moved to earlier in the show, where it is believed it was originally played.
The audio, for the parts of the show that are not newly added, comes from the original AppleJack version of the show.
"Jump" (with a bit of "Runnin' With The Devil" at the end) is a new edit created from two separate sources.
Additional content includes four different promos for the pay-per-view event. There is also a hidden bonus menu which has the original edits of "Jump", and the interview segments that were broadcast as part of the concert by Much Music Canada.
Front artwork shows a stage shot of Edward, the VH logo, and title of release. Back shows the setlist, location information, details of the upgrade, and several smaller pictures of items from the Balance tour.
Disc artwork shows the same Edward photo from the cover, along with the title of the show.
Released on May 4, 2014.
