• This concert is professionally shot, and was broadcast as a pay-per-view event on December 8, 1995. This DVD set was captured from a VHS recording.
• Video specs: NTSC - 4:3 - 720x480
• Audio specs: LPCM Stereo 1536 (16/48)
• The Average Bit Rate of the show is 9.2Mbps
• The show is spread across 2 single layer DVDs. Both have menus and proper chapter points.
• Menu background is the Balance CD cover art. The promotional flat artwork of the four band members is lined up across the center. The song titles are selected by highlighting a red VH guitar pick. The menu has Amsterdam playing in the background.
• This version of the show is generally understood to be the best quality source available.
• Artwork has a black background and gold toned text. The cover of the Balance CD is on the front, along with the title and show location. The back has the set list, and a promo photo of the band.
• Alternate artwork has a screen cap of Eddie on the front, and a different one of Eddie on the back. The front has the Van Halen name down the left side in red text, and the show name at the bottom in yellow. The back has the set list in yellow text, along with the show details, and DVD authoring information.
