• Limited release, 300 copies.
• Excellent quality.
• Jump (track 12) is a bonus track, not part of the New Haven show. Most likely from the 1995 Balance tour Pay-Per-View show from Toronto.
• Front artwork appears to be a composite of body parts, seen are a nose, and eye, a hand, and an ear. It's done in yellow tones. An oval that looks stamped (it isn't) contains the text, "The Original Artists Concert Series" and "...Collect Them All".
• The inside of the booklet is black & white and contains an ad for other items in the series.
• The back of the booklet is yellow with the set list in white text.
• The rear artwork contains the setlist in red text over a portion of the same image from the cover. Below that is the band line up, recording information, and "Vertrieb: MCM, Rauheckstraße 10, D-7101 Abstatt".
• The disc is yellow with the set list in red text.
