• Video specs: 720x480 - 16:9 - 29.97fps - 8000 kbps
• Audio specs: PCM 1536kbps
• Shot from left center balcony even with left stack. Audio is very good. The filmer used the optical zoom and panned back a little more. The only problem is that when the tapes were switched during the drum solo, the coat wrapped around the camera covers the top right portion of the lens. You can only see this when the camera is zoomed all the way out (widest angle). When zoomed in you can't even tell.
• One interesting moment is at the beginning of "Right Now", some chick gets on stage and goes over to Sammy and Eddie and flashes the audience. The camera is right on it. As they take her off stage, Sammy says she ain't going anywhere.
• The Drum Solo is partially cut for a tape change.
• The DVD has a menu and proper chapter marks.
• The artwork was created by georgethree33.
• The cover is a modified shot of the front of TD Ameritrade Park in Omaha, which used to be called the Qwest Center Omaha. The famous "Road to Omaha" sculpture has been digitally modified so that a striped guitar is being held up.
• The back contains a promo shot of the band, the 2004 logo, along with the set list and notes about the recording.
• Disc 1 artwork is the standard 2004 VH logo, Disc 2 artwork is the same logo, but colored purple.
• Released on September 20, 2014.
