Notes

• Audience recording from the second show of the "5150" tour.
• Track 4 is listed as "Set Up" on the jacket.
• The cover is black on yellow paper glued to a white sleeve, and shows Sammy and Eddie, the VH logo, the set list, and the copy number. The back is blank.
• The LP is black vinyl with white labels, with a large number 1 and 2 on each side. The five in 7506 imprinted in the lead out area appears to have been added over a six on both sides.
• Limited to 100 numbered copies.
• This is the first half of the show, the second half was released separately as Resurrection Vol.2
