• Audience recording.
• Sound is a little distant, and the recording sounds like it runs slightly fast.
• "Keep On Rollin'" on Side C is actually "Make It Last" originally done by Montrose.
• "Sammy's" on Side D is a guitar solo by Sammy Hagar, and then "Rock Candy" originally done by Montrose.
• The cover is black with yellow text and a yellow VH logo. A black and white shot of the band joking around is in the lower left.
• The back is a stage shot of the band on the 5150 tour. The set list and location information is in yellow text down the left side.
• LPs are black vinyl with white labels. They say, "Sample Not For Sale" and the side number. The hubs have 702-VH inscribed.
