• Compliation of multiple sources from the small Press/VIP show Van Halen performed at the 250 seat Cafe Wha? in New York City. Assembled by 'stripkedkramer'.
• Audience recording that varies in quality from source to source, as well as during each song. Originally distributed in MP3 format.
• Track 5 (She's The Woman) is an unreleased (until the 2012 album, 'A Different Kind of Truth' was released) song that appeared on demos from the 1970's.
• Track 11 (Jump) is an excerpt only, not a full song.
• Cover art is a photo from the gig, early in the show with Dave up front and Eddie and Wolfgang in the background.
• As originally released, Tracks 9-11 were excerpts only, but when a recording of Ice Cream Man surfaced, the collection was updated on January 8 2012.
• On January 14 2012 another update was released with better versions of "She's The Woman", "Ice Cream Man" and "Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love". It also included a folder with a full version of "Jump" & alternate versions of other songs. The reason the full version of "Jump" is not included in the main track listing is that it is very poor quality.
• Also with the January 14th update, a back cover was released. It contains the track listing overtop of a photo from the show.
• Released on January 7 2012 and updated on January 8th and 14th 2012.
