Notes

• The front cover is a picture of Eddie with black and yellow striped guitar with a Japanese symbol superimposed over him and the VHII symbol at the top with "Van Halen Japan Tour 1979.9.13" over that.
• The white symbols on the cover say, "Ichiban", which in english means, "Number One". The red symbols say, "Nippon Budokan", which is the location of the show.
• The back has 12 different pictures of Dave in concert.
• Sound source is audience. EX- At times you can hear the recording device being bumped around but it doesn't last long. Aud. noise is very minimal.
• SGMAD has a short "Soldier Type" drum solo at the end.
• "Runnin' With The Devil" is mislabeled as "Burnin' With The Devil".
• "You're No Good" starts off with a Bass Solo.
• FYLT starts off with the intro to "Fools".
• "Outta Love Again" is on Disc 1 but it is not included in the set list.
• Disc 2 "Eruption" and "Spanish Fly" are listed separate but are combined.
• The discs are CD-R's black and gold labeled with what should say "Shelter" in the middle.
• A cool note: At the beginning of the concert, the announcer announces Van Halen in Japanese instead of English!!!
• This set was reissued minus the Shelter markings with a different rear artwork. An orange/red VH logo and set list in yellow text on a black background.
