• Alternate artwork is on a black background. The front has the 2004 VH logo and a promo shot from that year of the band. The city and date of the show is at the bottom. The city is misspelled. The back has the set list in white text. "Tropic Of Capricorn" is mis-identified as "Paradise". The city is also misspelled on the spine.
