• Tracks 1 through 16 on Disc 1 and Tracks 1 through 7 on Disc 2 are from the Golden West Ballroom in Norwalk, CA on May 9, 1976.
• Tracks 17 through 20 on Disc 1 are from the first interview that DLR did with Rodney Bingenheimer.
• Track 8 on Disc 2 comes from "Van Halen: The Early Years" DVD that was released in late 2003.
• Track 9 on Disc 2 comes from the Starwood Club on June 1, 1976.
• Tracks 10 through 14 on Disc 2 comes from a radio interview done with DLR and The Runaways in December 1978.
• Front cover artwork shows a picture of the Golden West Ballroom (now a church) in the form of a Poloroid photo along with the band name and the word "Deluxe!".
• Inside artwork shows another "poloroid", of the band in the early years along with the "5/9/76" date.
• Rear artwork contains the complete track listing, a handbill and copious notes concerning this release. Track 15 on Disc 1 is "Let Me Swim", but listed as "Oceanside".
