been issued over the years and finally decided to add David Lee Roth solo
recordings to the site.
o This list is by no means complete and I rely upon other people to provide
information on the bootleg recordings that they have or have seen.
o I've tried to keep the titles in order, using the year of recording as
criteria.

Notes
a) Tracks 1-10 of Disc 1 are taken from the Spanish release of "Eat 'em
and Simile" called "Sonrisa Salvaje". They are pop free and cleaned
up.
b) Tracks 11-16 of Disc 1 are the Eat 'em and Smile demos. They have been
cleaned up to get rid of a lot of the hiss and distortion.
c) Tracks 1-7 of Disc 2 are from the December 1, 1986 Rockline with DLR.
d) Track 8 of Disc 2 is the 4'th of July BBQ from 1986. A fake party
recorded in the studio.
e) Original title was "David Lee Roth - Smile Wild: The 86 Collection".
f) Inside artwork announces the upcoming "Off The Skyscraper" title as
being Volume Two of the Diamond David Lee Roth Series. This one being
part one.
g) Released in January 2005.

Dave on stage (in all gold!), the band lineup, and recording information.
h) The under-tray is all black except for the area that should show

b) Audio quality is generally pretty good. Not much low-end, and the
taper fumbles around with the mic, or moves around from time to time
causing what sounds like high winds buffeting the mic.
c) As distributed, the FLAC files have gaps between the tracks, and the
the songs are not always split properly.
d) The last song of Dave's set on this tour was "Jump", which is missing
here. "Unchained" just fades out at the end.

Q) Where can I get these discs?
A) Many of them are not available anymore since most bootlegs have a
limited production run. But there are a couple of places that carry
a decent collection.
In the past, this section contained a short list of places where you might
actually be able to purchase items such as these. However, recent events
have shown that providing this kind of information is not in the best
interest to both the person providing said information, as well as the
store or shop themselves.
Thus, until things get sorted out, or quiet down, this page will not
contain information on specific places to purchase these items. However,
you can be assured that most major metropolitan areas and college towns
have places that carry these titles. They are also available through many
mail-order shops. All you have to do is look and ask around.
Please do not send me e-mail asking about this policy or where you might
be able to find these titles. I do not know of anyone selling any of these
titles at this time.
