Notes

• The cover art shows all four members of the band sitting on or standing next to a blue couch. Edward on the left is wearing a orange and black jacket and faded jeans. He's got his glasses on, along with a blue and white hat. To his left, sitting on the couch, is Alex wearing shades and a leather jacket and jeans. To Alex's left is Gary sitting on the arm of the couch wearing a dark jacket and jeans. His hair is still dark when this picture was taken. Standing next to Gary is Michael wearing a blue pull-over and jeans. Behind them hanging on the wall is a red VH swirl logo. Superimposed over this photo at the top is a yellow old style VH logo. In the top right corner in white text is, "DIRTY WATER CITY". Along the bottom in white text with a dark pink border it reads, "PHILADELPHIA SPECTRUM MAY 24th, 1998".
• The inside cover is a black and white shot of Edward and Gary with the old VH logo in blue, and a white number 3 superimposed.
• The back cover shows a picture of the band standing outside in front of a tree or a bush. They are all wearing sunglasses. Left to right is Alex, Michael, Gary, and Edward. Alex is wearing a tan button shirt, Michael is wearing a zipper style polo shirt. Gary is wearing a black T-Shirt. Edward is wearing a white T-Shirt and a white button down shirt that is not buttoned. Along the right side of the picture is, "AN EXCELLENT DIGITAL AUDIENCE RECORDING". The location and date of the show is printed near the bottom of the picture along with the text, "TRACK 1 HAS INCONSISTENT SOUND DUE TO SECURITY GOONS". The set list is printed along the bottom along with "Made in Japan (c) 1998 Spooge Blast".
• The discs are white along the left side with the Disc Number, and old VH logo, and the Title printed on them. The right side contains a photo of Edward Van Halen wearing shades with a smoke sticking out of his mouth, and showing off his "Who the F*ck is Eddie Van Halen" shirt.
• The audio quality of this show is very good once you get past some of the glitches early on in the recording.
• This is a similar recording to the "Corestates Spectrum" show, but has been edited differently. To these ears, the "Corestates Spectrum" show is a slightly better recording.
