• This is a homemade CD-R recording of the first live concert of the "III" line-up. This was a live concert at Billboard Live in California at an invitation only event for the world premiere of Van Halen III.
• The audio quality is so-so, very little bass. This recording is rumored to have been recorded from the stage!
• Most tracks fade out and fade in at the beginnings and end.
• The cover art shows various pictures from the event.
• The inside includes the track listing, including "Without You" misspelled as "Withour You".
• The CD is labeled in white, and includes a skull and crossbones icon.
