Notes

• Front artwork shows the title of this release in green text over top of two similar EVH images. The top half of the cover shows EVH and the new VH firey globe logo over top of an American Flag. The lower half shows the same image, but this time over top of a Canadian Flag. The title of this set refers to this being the last show in America before the band crosses the Canadian border to do a show in Toronto the following night.
• The rear artwork shows a promo photo of the band in the background. The name of the set and location and date information is in green text centered along the top. The track listing and running times are in white and red text. The source information is in white text in the bottom right corner, and in between the track listings for disc 1 and disc 2 is the word, "STEECOE" spelled out vertically in white.
• "Somebody Get Me A Doctor" is mostly sung as "Somebody Get Mike A Doctor".
