Audience recording.
Lineage: Master recording. See taper notes below. WAV files converted to FLAC level 8 with Traders' Little Helper. Sector boundary errors corrected with TLH.
Taper: "Cdvision2"
The recording equipment was probably a Sanyo portable cassette recorder with the condenser mic that came with it.
The original digital transfer was done around 1999 using an early '80s Sony deck and a Creative sound card that had analog inputs. An old version of Nero was used for the capture. It was burned to 2 CDs with no track breaks. Later the CDs were extracted and the wav files dumped to computer. Software called "Spin it Again" (used mainly for vinyl rips) was used to raise the levels, as the original rip had lower than normal levels.
Track 10 on Disc 1 (More DLR Talking) includes a tease of "Eyes of the Night".
Front artwork shows Dave and Ed on stage, Ed has his black/yellow striped guitar.
Rear artwork shows Dave and Ed on stage, wearing the same clothes, possibly from the same show. The set list is in white text, along with show and recording info. A torn ticket stub from the show is also pictured.
Artwork for both discs is the same Dave & Ed shot from the front cover. The disc number is indicated to the far left of the hub.
Alternate front artwork is a combination of 2 ticket stubs from the show.
Released on November 2, 2013.
